Pac Choi
Pac Choi is new for us this year, we are tying out Johnny's Hybrid Greens, Pac Choi, Win-Win Choi F1, it resembles a vase shaped Boc Choi and grow to about 10 - 12 inches high
We planted these seeds in the middle of January, just 2 month ago and they have really taken off, we will keep you updated on how they grow. We will be using them mainly in our stir fry's and spring roles.
